ROI Wire operates on a need-to-know basis. Client relationships, engagement details, and contact lists are not shared outside the scope of active work.

What We Do Not Disclose

We do not reference clients by name in our own marketing, case studies, or sales conversations without explicit written permission. We do not disclose the existence of an engagement to third parties. We do not share prospect data, contact lists, or conversation histories across clients.

Data Handling

Prospect and contact data generated on behalf of a client is owned by that client. Upon conclusion of an engagement, data is returned or destroyed on request. We do not repurpose contact lists built for one client for the benefit of another.

Competitive Conflicts

Before accepting an engagement, we review for conflicts with active clients in the same niche and geography. Where a conflict exists, we disclose it and decline one party or obtain informed consent from both.

Team Access

Access to client materials is limited to team members directly involved in the engagement. We do not maintain shared internal repositories of client data beyond what is operationally necessary.

Governing Law

All engagements are governed by written agreements under the laws of the State of Arizona. ROI Wire operates as Direct Innovation LLC d/b/a ROI Wire, organized in Arizona.
